A charming cottage in a quiet residential suburb to the south of Cape Town and close to the beaches of False Bay, from where you have easy access to all that Cape Town has to offer or you can simply stay at home and unwind.

It comes fully equipped to sleep six with three bedrooms, a bathroom with a seperate shower unit, the lounge and master bedroom open out onto the patio and garden with its own pool measuring 5m x 3m and looks out across open land to the vineyards of Constantia and the mountains of the Western Cape.

The kitchen is recently fitted and comes equipped with everything you need including a dishwasher, this leads through to a comfortable lounge area and beyond to the patio area with table and chairs and weber BBQ.

Local amenities give you the beaches at Fish Hoek or Simonstown and Westlake golf course is two minutes away, there is easy access to the coastal highway to either Cape Point or the wine region.
