Two en-suite bedrooms lead out onto a travertine deck with rim flow pool overlooking the bay while the third en-suite bedroom opens out onto the main pool at the rear of the house offering a special relaxing environment. Here the gazebo and Jacuzzi have a wonderful Moroccan theme which allows total privacy under the backdrop of the Hout Bay mountains.

Enjoy the luxury of the main wing of the house with the main bedroom also leading out onto the rim flow pool while the en-suite bathroom and lounge/2nd bedroom area lead once again out onto the back main pool. Something rather unique. The main en-suite bathroom is in a league of it’s own, with 2 open showers and a stunning stone bath where one can relax while enjoying the back pool area.

Downstairs offers a separate flat with private access as well as access through the main house with en-suite bathroom and living area, always useful for those extra guests or au-pair.

A large garden running adjacent to the house with another gazebo situated on it is the ideal spot for that BBQ or sundowner. Open plan living flows through the house offering a modern kitchen with all state of the art appliances required to make your stay as relaxed as possible. Off-road parking for 4 cars. Maid service and our friendly Malawian caretaker, Peter, will ensure that your house is serviced regularly and the pool and garden are taken care of. When your eyes cannot stand the beauty of the valley any longer, for your entertainment we have satellite TV.
